Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of the Signs offered, we are unable
to offer refunds. You agree that all sales are final.
Absolutely no refunds for any orders. It is entirely
at your risk, as the client, to determine the applicability
or fitness in any purchases made. We are unable to resell
custom designs in connection with any Signs. The user of our
“SignMagic” Software agrees with using our
Software, that the Design & final product designed, serves
as the final proof and layout for the user. What you see is
what you get! Also the colors specified in our Software used
for designing the signs varies in the appearance and shades
of the color and is clearly not the actual final color for
the sign product. The colors presented in our Design services
and our Software are different in the actual used Vinyl, Paint,
Wood, Aluminum, Plastic, or any other product purchased are
slightly different due to the different materials. The customer
agrees with designing & purchasing any product and using
any of our color charts related with our services will look different with the actual product. For example, unless the customer
ordered a red sign and the final product is blue,
In other words in reality the color is a different color and
not just a shade of the original color. In this case the customer
may ask for another sign. We are always striving for perfection
and try to offer services to your satisfaction.
